As I mentioned earlier in the week, life has taken a really busy turn for me, so my time to blog has diminished somewhat. Unfortunately with that also went the time that I have to read blogs, but never fear, once I find myself more in a routine, I am sure I can strike a balance and keep up with everything again. Plus before I know it, Autumn will be here, and that will mean more time inside, although as long as I can, I’m hoping to keep walking and/or bike riding until it gets too cold for either. I’m sure once I see the first patch of ice, the biking will be out the window, since the idea of being sprawled flat on my face after hitting a patch of ice isn’t very appealing, but the walking I plan to continue throughout the winter months.
One great thing about this new writing career I’ve embarked on, is the fact that while I eat regular meals, I am too busy to think about grabbing a little snack here and there, which means this job could possibly be better than any weight loss pills. Granted, I haven’t been taking any pills in the first place, aside from vitamins and fish oil, but the scales are inching downward. Now if I can get back into a consistent work out routine, life will be complete.
