In the last week, I’ve noticed the scales slowly moving downward to the point that I’m getting close to losing 2 pounds. Granted, that’s a great thing, and I’m certainly not complaining, but I really don’t know what I’ve been doing differently to make the scales start moving downward. I haven’t been doing much in terms of working out, and I haven’t been taking weight loss supplements, but the scales are moving downward and I’ll take it.
I’m afraid that it could be muscle mass that I’m losing, so I’ve got to get more consistent with my exercise. I know that my body needs it, and I’m still trying to find a sense of balance with working and getting things done. I will get there though.. one step at a time.
I am less than a pound from being at a major milestone, so I’m getting excited about that.
