I don’t know what is wrong with me, but lately I have not been motivated at all to work out. Granted, I do little things like running up the stairs, and taking the stairs when I have the option between that and the elevator, but the bottom line is, that I know I’m not ever going to get to my goal weight without getting my butt back on the elliptical, bike and running.
Right now, I’m bordering on a major goal, but I’m teetering on the edge, and I haven’t quite made it. I know that if I were a little more disciplined I would be, but the point is I haven’t been disciplined enough. I’m still trying to find a balance with this work thing and getting everything else done, but I can’t use that as an excuse. While I’m not gaining weight, and even saw a loss in the scale last week, I know that in order to ever reach my goal, that I need to get busy.
I need a big kick in the behind. Who wants to give it to me? Better yet, who wants to join me in this journey?
